The RGL-SDP is used for optimal steam injection distribution control.  Multiple device deployment on a single injection string can enhance the distribution of steam with specific injection placements.  Wellbore modelling software can be used to optimize the placements and rates.  The RGL-SDP is tubing deployed and can be customized for flow and pressure drop requirements in terms of non-shift (NS), 2 position (2P) and 3 position (3P) sleeve options with multiple ports, orifices, or nozzles.  The RGL-SDP can be opened or closed in one trip via coiled tubing.

  • Outflow control device for steam injection and inflow control options
  • High temperature high pressure service during injection, production and simulation
  • Ideal for Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) and Cyclic Steam Stimulation (CSS) applications rated to +343oC (650oF)
