RGL developed the API certification for slotted liners, allowing us to provide the highest standards in quality, accuracy and delivery. Our innovative manufacturing methods and rigorous quality control standards provide a variety of slot configurations with precise tolerances. Based on core particle size analysis, RGL can custom design slotted liner according to specific reservoir sand distribution, optimizing sand retention and inflow/outflow distribution with various slot designs. Our extensive manufacturing capabilities ensure quick production turnaround time to meet customer demands and scheduling.

RGL’s proSLOT coated slotted liner extends the in-situ service life of slotted liners and is ideal for use in highly corrosive environments and thermally exploited reservoirs and will not degrade with the use of workover fluids such as HF, HCl and other acids.  The liners are coated with RGL’s proprietary proCOAT™, which provides excellent resistance to corrosion, scaling, and plugging, and mitigates induced pressure drops over time. proSLOT is abrasion and erosion resistant with double the hardness of regular carbon steel.
